- All plans contain at least 30% up to 40% protein which is ideal for both maintaining muscle mass when in a calorie deficit for weight loss, or athletic performance and recovery.
- There are no food groups eliminated. Meals may contain, meat, poultry, seafood, grains, dairy, soy, and nuts. Persons with food allergens will need to modify meals to suit their requirements.
