Advanced Certificate of Health Coaching

Fitness Instructor & Sports Power Coach.

Weekly Nutrition & Wellbeing Coaching

For both general health, weightloss or Sports/Athletic Performance

A weekly subscription fee of $15 (general) or $20 (sports) which you can cancel at any time.

This is for persons who require week to week accountability and direct support from the Nutrition Coach

  • Nutrition analysis, and advise for Sports or Competition prep (sports package only)

  • Access to 25 different meal plans (inc. Vego & GF options)

  • Initail PDH (onsite) or phone consultation (onboarding)

  • Weekly accountability check-ins

  • Additional consultations onsite or phone as required/requested.

  • Daily direct access to Nutrition Coach (Phone/text/Socials) during business hours (48hr response time)

Nutrition Consultations

30minute & long consultations to kick start your journey towards improved health.

Consultation topics include but are not limited to Nutrition for:

  • General health

  • Gut Health

  • Weight loss

  • Athletic performance

  • Food intolerance & preferences

  • body composition

 

Coaching Package

If you've tried many times to make the changes required to achieve progress in any areas health or fitness but lose traction or don't know where to start  then this is the package for you. 

I will ensure you have all the tools required to sustainably move you towards your goals whilst providing you with support during the most high risk period of trying to create new habits. After this you'll be able to take these tools and new behaviours and continue to apply them yourself on an ongoing basis. 

Investing in yourself now to achieve good health, self confidence and success is investing in your own happiness and has a priceless return.


This is a 3 month Commitment with dedicated coaching support.

Each daily meal plan is complete with 3 main meals and snacks with all recipes, ingredients and nutrition information provided.

The PDH 2000 Calorie Meal Plan Recipe Book contains 8 different 2000 calorie daily meal plan options to make meal preparation and meal planning quick and cost efficient. 

Meals are designed specifically for beginning of the week meal preparation, then to be shared across 4, 5 even 6 days stored in the fridge or freezer. Some meals may require daily quick prep to ensure freshness and to maintain meal integrity. 

The daily meal plans meet all Australian National daily recommended nutrition guidelines for good health.

All plans contain at least 30% up to 40% protein which is ideal for both maintaining muscle mass when in a calorie deficit for weight loss, or athletic performance and recovery.
