OUR TRAINING METHODOLOGY
PDH Functional Strength & Conditioning program incorporates a variety of fitness modalities to keep you strong, fit, motivated, and coming back for more!

All sessions are scalable for new starters, and persons with movement restrictions or injuries.
​
Our programs include: Monocycle conditioning (run, bike, ski), Gymnastics/Calisthenics (pullups, ring work, handstands etc), Olympic Lifting (Snatch, Clean & Jerk), and Power Lifting (Deadlift, pressing, squat).
We use Barbells, kettlebells, Medballs, Deadballs, Rig & Racking equipment.

All sessions are lead by a dedicated Coach.
Programming is developed and executed on a 6 week cycle to build and test progress.

Sessions may incorporate partner, team or individual workouts.

The execution of your workout can have a social, health or competitive focus depending on your individual needs and outcomes.in

We endeavor to accommodate for the average person looking to improve their health and wellbeing, through to Advanced Athletes wanting to improve their strength and conditioning for competitions or other competitive sports.
BLOCK PROGRAMMING​
Programming is developed and executed on a 12-16 week cycle to build and test progress on specific focus areas. The focus and agenda for each block is communicated in the GYM Newsletter at the beginning of each block as well as all PDH Gym Socials.​
