LETS HEAR ABOUT TONY's JOURNEY AT PDH
• What are your current goals with training?
Tbh , I don’t really have any goals at all , I just love training , whether it’s just to stay somewhat of fit and stay sort of strong haha. (so humble :-) )
• What does PDH provide that sets them apart from other gyms?
Broooo, where do I start with this question, the Programming that Coach KB sets out for everyone whether your a new starter or not just suits EVERYONE .
The energy and vibes in every single class ESPECIALLY the 4:00pm class hits differently compared to other gyms . No one judges ANYONE , EVERYONE pushes each other to the max and it’s what you want.
The PDH fam just hit differently.
• What would you say to encourage other people in your position to get started?
Just START . DONT push it back another day or another time .
I’ve heard a lot of people say that PDH is intimidating and this and that but in reality there just scared to come and properly have a look .
You won’t feel judged , you won’t get any saltiness , you’ll feel welcomed and loved and it’s honestly the best thing about PDH and the GAAAANG .
I’ve trained at a few gyms in my time and PDH is hands down the BEST ONE I’ve ever trained and felt welcomed at.
I have gotten so much fitter; and, my mobility and technique have improved massively because of KB.
I have gained so much strength and gotten stronger by her programming and training.
Can’t say anything bad about PDH or the Coaches there. They know what they're talking about.
From Coach KB
As an athlete Tony needs to balance his output between on and off season footy to ensure we are maximising the value that the gym can provide him. This means a higher output in offseason and a lower output during footy season for maintenance and active recovery between games and footy training. But in any given session, you can depend on Tony for a positive energy that is contagious throughout the room, and nothing brings me more pleasure than seeing him execute workouts to his full potential and achieve some massive numbers at testing time.
